 Time overdue to open Schools in Kashmir : G N Var  Schools for more than 168 million children globally have been completely closed for almost more than  year and half  due to COVID-19 lockdowns, according to  data released  by UNICEF.  In Kashmir too now calls of opening schools are growing .  The Mirror of Kashmir recently took an opportunity to talk with G N Var President  Private Schools' Association of J&K (PSAJK) ,an important face of our education sector. Actually there were few pre condition in the Houseboat policy 2020 as one had to get  NOC from PDD, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department etc  as these were not acceptable to us and we told this categorically to Department of tourism .  Then it was send back  to Secretariat for reforming it and esteemed LG brought reformed policy recently.
